Immunohistochemistry and quantification of (A) Ki-67 and (B) F4/80 positive cells were performed as described in Materials and Methods. Results are means ± SD (n = 4–5 mice/per group), *p<0.05 by ANOVA. Representative pictures from (A) Ki-67 and (B) F4/80 staining in the PhIP/DSS group and the PhIP/DSS group treated with GLT (500 mg/kg of body weight) 3 times/week for 120 days.
