IL-33 priming of mast cells reflects accumulation of pro-inflammatory mRNA.
(A) B6 mBMMCs were incubated with IL-33 (10 ng/ml) and analyzed for surface expression of inhibitory (FcγRII) and stimulatory (FcγRIII) IgG receptors by flow cytometry at the indicated time points. (B) Cytokine mRNA expression in B6 mBMMCs exposed to IL-33 (10 ng/ml) for 4 hours. Results reflect at least 2 independent experiments.
