Cell cycle distribution of α-tomatine in HL60 and K562 cell lines.
(A) The upper lane shows HL60 cells that were treated with α-tomatine (10 µM) for the indicated time; the cell cycle distribution was assessed by FACScan flow cytometric analysis. The bottom lane, HL60 cells treated with paclitaxel (10 µM) for the indicated time, served as a positive control. (B) K562 cells were treated with α-tomatine (10 µM) for the indicated time.
