KLF8 recruits P300 to β-catenin/TCF4 transcription complex.
(A) KLF8 binding to β-catenin and TCF4. KLF8 was immunoprecipitated from the cell lysates when Wnt3a conditioned medium added, followed by immunoblotting with the antibodies to β-catenin, TCF4 and KLF8. rIgG as immunoprecipitation negative control antibody. Samples loading control were shown (2% input). (B) KLF8 increase P300 binding to β-catenin. β-catenin was immunoprecipitated from the cell lysates transfected with KLF8 or control vector when Wnt3a conditioned medium added, followed by immunoblotting with the antibodies to KLF8 and β-catenin.
