Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) of cell cycle related genes in p85α−/− MCp's in response to SCF stimulation.
Altered genes in p85α−/− cells after SCF stimulation were analyzed by IPA software to analyze their closely associated gene network. Significantly altered cell cycle related genes in p85α−/− MCp's in response to SCF stimulation were indicated.
