Dynamics of 6U-HBR and 6UD-HBR HeLa cell lines.
5×104 cells were plated onto 35 mm plates and then cultured under either normoxia (20% O2) or hypoxia (2% O2). At different time points, cells were harvested and fixed for FACS analysis. Mean and error bars are from three biological repeats.
