BALB/c mice were irradiated with 7.5 Gy and treated with rhGH for 35 days. White counts were determined by flow cytometer using CD45 antibody. Platelet counts were determined by hemacytometer. The dash line represents the pre-irradiation level. Each group contained 10 animals.
