In vivo cytotoxicity assay with T cell depleted recipients challenged with DENV2.
The in vivo citotoxicity assay was carried out as described in Fig 7 and groups of recipient mice (n = 6) were depleted from CD8+ or CD4+ T cells by inoculation of anti-CD4 or anti-CD8 antibodies, respectively. Values represent percentages of cell lysis as described in Fig 7, expressed as mean and standard error of the mean.
