(A) JU1580bl, N2, rde-1(ne219) (n = 10 independent replicates each), rde-2(ne221), rde-4(ne301), and mut-7(pk204) (n = 5 independent replicates each) were tested by qRT-PCR for infection with Orsay virus extract.
