Abstract: ＜正＞餐饮具消毒是预防消化道传染病发生的重要措施。为了解某军队医院空勤灶餐饮具卫生状况,不断改进消毒质量,现将2009年1月-2013年8月采样监测结果报告如下。1对象与方法 （1）对象:某军队医院空勤灶餐饮具609件。（2）采样监测方法:方法一:按GB14934-1994《食（饮）具消毒卫生标准》,将大肠菌群纸片（南京三爱实业有限公司）用灭菌生理盐水浸湿,附着于样品表面30 s后放入37℃恒温箱培养16~18
