Abstract: In this paper, through the static adsorption and desorption experiments, dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments to screening the most suited process parameters to purify the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins. The results suggested that the AB-8 resin has the best effect to purify the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins. The best conditions of dynamic adsorption are as follows: the concentration of the sample is 2.754 mg/mL, the velocity of the sample is 1 mL/min. The best elution conditions are as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol is 70%, the velocity of elution is 1 mL/min. Under all of these conditions, the purified contet of the anthocyanins in the Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins is 5.89 times more than that not be purified.
