Abstract: 3-phenoxybenzoic acid(3-PBA) is a common degradation intermediate product of pyrethroid insecticides. In this study, the strain Aspergillus oryzae M-4 with high tolerance and good degradation ability to 3-PBA was used. The effects of different incubation conditions on the activity of 3-PBA degradation enzyme produced by the strain M-4 were investigated. And properties of the 3-PBA degradation enzyme under different pH and temperature conditions were studied. It was found that the maximum activity of 3-PBA degradation enzyme was obtained as 53.42 U when the initial pH of medium, 3-PBA concentration, inoculation volume, incubation temperature and time were 6.5, 150 μg/g, 2.25 mL(spore suspension concentration was 107 cfu/mL), 30 ℃ and 120 h, respectively. The optimum pH and temperature of the enzyme were 7.0 and 30 ℃, respectively, and the pH and temperature range for the enzyme with good stability were 5.5~7.0 and 5~30 ℃, respectively.
