Purification of tea sapon using D101 macroporous resinChinese Full Text

Abstract: The study of optimal conditions of D101 macroporous resin was conducted for the purification of tea sapon. The optimal conditions for the purification of the macroporous resin were 30 mg/mL of tea saponin concentration of solution,3 mL/min of flow rate,25 mL of loaded amount,85% of ethanol concentration,5∶1 of the ratio of ethanol volume and bed volume. Under the conditions,the adsorption rate of tea saponin was 66.4%,the desorption rate of tea saponin was 83.6% and its purity reached 92%. The results showed that D101 macroporous resins was the suitable resin for purifying tea saponin.
