Abstract: The process thought is the essence of Dewey’s philosophy of education and has rich connotation.The dynamic balance, continuity and sequence of it have great inspiration to vocational college teachers. In the teaching, vocational college teachers should contain the objective in the process, motivating students to think by asking some questions, integrating the teaching materials with practice and laying emphasis on upgrading students’ knowledge system.
