Stress Strength Analysis and Structural Improvement for the Board Hot-pressing Machine’s Whole Frame StructureChinese Full Text

Abstract: Based on the board hot-pressing frame’s dimensions measured from factory,this paper built a 3D frame model with Pro/E and meshed the frame into solid elements with Hypermesh.In order to simulate the frame’s keeping pressure status,static analysis was performed by ANSYS.The first simulation result verified that the original frame design can’t meet the strength design requirements.Therefore,it improved the frame design second times and repeated the FEA analysis to check that the updated frame design is reasonable.In the last,the final frame design had been sent to the manufacturer and applied in the production.
