大学生创业成功关键因素研究

Abstract: 随着大学生就业压力的逐年增加,再加上人们择业观念的转变,大学生创业已经由最初人们认为的"不务正业"发展到现在大学生创业成为一个热门的话题,并且受到社会各界的普遍关注。研究探索分析大学生创业成功的关键因素将有助于社会、政府、高校对大学生创业提供更加合理、有效、可行的帮助,更有助于大学生自身学习借鉴,提高创业成功的几率。本文对大学生创业中的关键因素从自身因素、学校因素、社会因素、政府因素、资金因素五个方面进行初步分析,希望为大学生创业提供帮助。
