拓展劳动就业渠道问题研究

Abstract: 当有一部分人吃不上"蛋糕"时,我们往往想到的是如何把"蛋糕"做大。就业这块蛋糕是由目前我国总体经济发展状况决定的,发展国民经济是我们长久坚持的中心,也是解决就业问题的根本。然而,如果不能在短期内有效地解决目前社会就业问题,不但会造成社会劳动力资源的浪费,也会最终影响社会经济总量的发展,甚至影响社会稳定。因此,不能总把目光紧盯在"蛋糕"的总量上,我们应该综合考量就业"蛋糕"结构、分配等因素,才能更科学地解决目前劳动力从业与就业市场需求不相匹配的社会问题。
