中国省域环境竞争力评价

Abstract: 省域环境竞争力是指省域层面的环境竞争力,由生态、资源、经济、基础设施、社会等五个方面组成。近年来,随着市场经济的快速发展,环境问题日益明显。如何提高作为区域竞争力的重要标志之一的环境竞争力,从而促进经济增长,已成为国内外学者研究的重要课题。本文融入一些反映低碳概念的指标,从生态、资源、经济、基础设施、社会等五个方面构建环境竞争力评价指标体系,借助spss16.0软件,采用因子分析方法,以我国31个省域为样本,对2010年我国省域环境竞争力进行实证分析和评价,最后得出提高环境竞争力的途径是资源、生态、经济、社会全面协调发展。
