对地方政府基层社会管理职能的思考

Abstract: 本文从政府职能角度、地方政府层面入手,研究基层社会管理发展状况,寻找地方政府与社区健康发展的内在联系,探索基层社会管理发展规律,并通过相关理论阐释和案例分析,明确当前地方政府在基层社会管理中应发挥主导作用,以期为地方政府社会管理职能的发挥、为基层社会管理实践提供参考。
