Abstract: 碳金融是现代金融发展的一个重要趋势,其概念及相关理论的提出,为21世纪金融业的发展提供了空间。在资源日益缺乏和环境日益恶化的今天,碳金融助推低碳经济发展成为大势所趋,也为金融业找到了一个新的发展方向。我国学界和实务界对低碳金融在相关领域的研究和应用才刚刚起步,尚未形成完整的体系,积极探索碳金融项目操作模式是当务之急。本文将主要从清洁发展机制入手,探讨CDM项目的操作模式。
