我国涉外劳动合同的法律完善

Abstract: 目前,在我国日益增多的涉外劳动合同纠纷中,法律适用问题成为人们关注的焦点。本文对我国现行的涉外劳动合同立法进行分析,结合我国实际,借鉴涉外劳动合同法律适用的国际立法实践,提出完善我国涉外劳动合同立法的建议。
