Abstract: 乡镇领导干部的团队胜任力是我国政府执政能力的基础。理解乡镇领导干部团队胜任力的形成机理,是研究乡镇领导干部团队胜任力及其对工作绩效影响的关键所在。因此,构建一个乡镇领导干部团队胜任力构成的理论模型并进行实证检验,尤为必要,有助于为乡镇领导干部团队绩效的提升提供有益的参考与借鉴。
