农产品加工产业集群的现状及特点分析

Abstract: 我国农产品加工产业集群的发展在地域性方面表现为从东部沿海向中西部扩展,行业性方面体现为以纺织业为主到行业的多样化。农产品加工产业集群的发展依托于资源优势,尚处于发展的初级阶段,存在产品以初加工为主,地区发展不平衡等问题。为此,构筑农产品加工产业集群的创新能力是促进农产品加工产业集群升级的有效途径。
