Abstract: Approved by the State Council,the National Development and Reform Commission officially issued,in 2013 May,The Construction Plan of South Jiangsu Modernization Demonstration Area.Then,the cities involved have been preparing for the construction.This paper proposes the evaluation of the implementation of the plan and stresses the significance of evaluation.Attempting to be of any benefit to the construction of South Jiangsu Modernization Demonstration Area,it constructs an evaluation system,which includes the evaluation of the results designed,the evaluation of the implementation process,and the evaluation of implementation effect.
