Abstract: Aiming at the self-maintaining problems of relative phase of MEO satellite of Beidou Navigation Constellation,an evolution of relation phase is deduced and a self-maintained strategy of relative phase of getting semi-major axis deviation indirectly from the variation of relative phase and by combining with the limit cycle control is put forward. Under the influence of the noises brought by celestial navigation, the difference between the semi-major axis variation got by self-maintained strategy and the real semi-major axis variation is not huge and can meet the requirements of long-term pathway. Finally, after verifying and compensating for the semi-major axis indirectly, the drifting of relative phase has been basically removed. The method put forward in this article provides reference for the autonomous orbit maintenance of MEO satellite of Beidou Navigation Constellation.
