On-chip detection of immune-cell secretion using a circular nanoplasmonic interferometer array

Abstract

The MMP-9 protein secreted by THP1 cells was detected using an on-chip circular nanoplasmonic interferometer array. Sensitive dynamic analysis of MMP-9 in the supernatant was demonstrated, suggesting the device a potential for cell function analysis.
