Asymmetric fiber Michelson interferometer with a spatial mode beating arm for moving direction determination

Abstract

We demonstrate asymmetric Michelson fiber interferometer with a spatial mode beating arm where its output end has a sphered-end hollow-core fiber as a sensing head. The multiple foci can offer the advantage for direction determination.
