In vivo flow cytometry: A new method for monitoring circulating cancer cells

Abstract

We present a new method for detecting fluorescently labeled circulating cells in vivo. We use this method to monitor the depletion kinetics of circulating prostate cancer cells with different metastatic potential in two different hosts.
