Room Division Multiplexing Mechanism for Indoor Visible Light Communication Network

Abstract

A room division multiplexing (RDM) mechanism is presented to increase the network throughput for indoor multi-room visible light communication. The corresponding user localization and switching-area based handoff mechanisms are designed for implementation.
