Abstract: The basic level legal talent cultivation in the western area is an important part of the strategic plan of the outstanding legal talent education and cultivation.To achieve this training objective,dilemma in the current undergraduate education of law and judicial practice should be eliminated,law student’s ideal and belief education should be strengthened.The proper method is to reform the course provision,promote effective knowledge education to western basic level law talent,intensify teaching practice so as to realize a rapid butt joint between theory and practice,enhance education on national conditions,province circumstance and social conditions,and lead the student to expand knowledge structure.
