对重庆市“领雁工程”实施城乡教育帮扶新探索的思考

Abstract: ＜正＞重庆是西部唯一的直辖市,集大城市、大农村、大库区、大山区和民族地区于一体。农村义务教育发展相对滞后,全市义务教育资源总量偏小,城乡教育资源配置很不均衡,城乡教育质量差异大。为了实现"将重庆建设成为长江上游教育中心和西部教育高地,通过改革试验,为全国统筹城乡教育发展提供示范和借鉴"的目标,2010年9月重庆市教育委员会开始实施"农村中小学领雁工程"项目,探索发展农村教育的新模式。同年,"领雁工程"被列入重
