Abstract: Education to the children of migrant workers is a special difficulty in transitional China.The factors that influence education to the children of migrant workers under the context of overall-planning education for urban and rural regions include:government,society,schools,parents and children etc.,among which parents are of vital function.Issues in migrant worker family education affect education to children.The responsibilities of parents are:firm belief to send children to school as law,shouldering responsibilities to family education conscientiously,providing comparatively stable and good living and study environment,setting oneself as example in terms of behavior and talk to children.
