Abstract: This paper uses the method of materialist dialectics to analyze the phenomenon of college students’ ideological and moral knowledge and behavior deviation and reveals the reasons for the phenomenon.It helps to find not only a good starting point for ideological and political education in universities but also a good way to enhance the effectiveness of the targeted ideological and political education.
