Abstract: Compared with the relationship between teachers and students,the intercourse of teachers and students put more emphasis on subjectivity and equality of both teachers and students.This thesis holds under the perspective of micropolitical that the teacher-students intercourse can establish the teacher-student relationship order and is based on the benefits of both sides.This article puts forward some targeted advice and strategies on how to reduce conflicts between teachers and students and establish a harmonious classroom.
