A Study on the Formation of Psychological Contract of Teachers in Independent CollegeChinese Full Text

Abstract: Because of labor contract system and employment system,college management transfers from relying on the past traditional government financial manning quotas to relying on contracts.In which implicit psychological contract as a non-institutional arrangement is playing more and more important role in teachers’ management,scientific research and teaching.Based on the literature review,the paper takes independent college as an example,analyses the composition of psychological contract of teachers about college and themselves,and puts forward proposals about how to build the psychological contract.
