目标与路径:中国与东盟国家的司法交流与合作

Abstract: 中国与东盟国家开展国际司法合作与交流有其必然性。目前存在的问题主要表现在如下几方面:共同打击国际犯罪的协作、民事司法协助与刑事司法协助、司法制度的相互了解与运用、司法人才的共同培养和交流。解决上述问题的目标与路径在于:建立健全司法合作与协助制度,创建维护公平高效的司法环境;建立多边的交流合作制度,增进对各自司法制度的认识和理解;共同开展司法人才培训,促进司法水平的提升和司法环境的改善。
