谈领导艺术与企业凝聚力

Abstract: 现代企业领导者的领导艺术关乎企业在日益竞争激烈的市场经济中的生存和发展;领导艺术包括科学的决策力、源源不断的创新力、知人善用的能力、朴实的亲和力和坚强的毅力,它与企业的凝聚力息息相关,作为企业的领导者要在科学决策、工作协调、搞好团结、执行政策、改革创新等方面都需要有出色的能力和综合性、系统性的领导素质。领导艺术能力不仅关系到企业凝聚力、向心力的提升和企业整体工作积极性、主动性的调动,也影响着一个企业整体战斗力的发挥。因此,笔者认为,成功的领导者应提高自身的领导艺术,使之能在企业凝聚力上发挥作用。
