建筑设计行业成本分析与控制

Abstract: 新一轮的经济发展,带给建筑设计行业很好的机遇,但长期以来,众多设计企业成本管理的观念较为淡薄,导致了产值虽高但盈利较少的现象,本文从成本分析开始,对成本的组成进行拆分,结合设计程序的特点,选取较为有效的控制环节进行论述,提出相应的成本管理措施,以期建筑设计行业加强对成本管理的关注和深入研究。
