Abstract: Discuss on the reason of construction project into the end period of full life cycle and how to use the Concept of Green Building for the end period management.To end the life span of the project is by the way of technological renewal＆transformation,renovation＆use of old buildings reconstruction,the overall removal and settling,demolition of old buildings and so on.That old project end period and new project planning period are intertwined,that should be improved and developed in practice.
