Abstract: 文章阐述了当前大学生职业生涯规划的基本现状及问题,并在此基础上提出了建立大学生职业生涯规划体系全程化的建议,坚持两个原则,遵循对不同年级进行具体指导的方法,完善职业生涯规划指导体系。
