农业高校农科类大学生服务新农村建设意识现状调查与分析

Abstract: 建设社会主义新农村,人才是关键。农科类大学生作为新农村建设人才的重要后备军,其服务新农村建设意识直接影响着他们毕业后是否投身新农村建设。文章对当前农科类大学生服务新农村建设意识现状进行了实证调查,并从加强社会舆论宣传、引导学生转变就业观念、加强政策支持力度、提高人才培养质量四个方面提出了对策建议。
