Abstract: 大学精神是一所大学的精神支柱,是推动大学生精神成长的重要动力。大学精神的凝聚功能、文化引领和传承功能、净化功能、激励功能和社会服务功能在大学的决策文化、制度文化、专业文化和观念文化中充分体现出来,深刻影响着大学生健康人格的塑造、科学价值观体系的构建和可持续发展能力的培养。大学教育应在各领域和全过程大力弘扬大学精神,为培养符合时代要求并具有办学特色的创新型可持续发展人才提供坚实保证。
