拓展训练对大学生社会交往影响的实验研究

Abstract: 近几年,大学生社会交往问题受到越来越多的关注。大学生社会交往能力直接影响着大学生的就业和生存能力。文章试图通过拓展培训,来探讨拓展训练能否真正提高大学生社会交往能力,能否使学生之间形成相互信任、相互包容的良好心态,能否降低大学生社会交往中的社交焦虑,为大学如何更好地培养社会交往能力提供参考和实验帮助。
