校企合作双主体深度融合研究

Abstract: 文章通过阐述校企合作主体关系的历史演变,指出校企合作双主体育人是职业教育发展的必然选择。基于现代组织融合理论,提出了校企合作双主体深度融合的条件,包括方向一致的目标、达成协作的愿望、有效的沟通,并阐述了双主体深度融合的内容:组建执行机构、整合配置资源、制度融合与创新、知识融合与提升、校企文化的交融。
