大学生就业需求与郑州市高校英语课堂教学改革

Abstract: 目前,大学生就业难的问题已经成为我国政府和社会普遍关注的问题。文章以需求分析的理论为指导,在对郑州市部分高校师生进行了问卷调查的基础上,提出郑州市高校英语教学改革应该以培养大学生就业能力为导向,通过教学手段和课堂活动等,重点培养大学生的实践创新能力、团队精神和独立思考能力、沟通能力和表达能力等,以适应人才市场的需求。
