女大学生成才与发展的教育途径探究

Abstract: 在人才培养与发展的教学实践中,贯彻针对性原则,是培养和造就高质量、高素质人才的重要课题。女大学生是女性人才的源头,她们的成长不仅与其个人的未来发展,而且与社会整体素质的提高、社会的文明与进步都有着十分密切的关系。文章结合在校女大学生发展实际,探究了女大学生成才与发展的途径和方法。
