地方高师院校培养适合新课程诉求的合格师资之思考

Abstract: 新课程实施进程中面临诸多问题,其中最大的问题就是合格师资的不足。周口师范学院作为河南地方高师院校之一,深入理解高师教育与基础教育的互动关系,依据新课程实施对教师素质提出的新要求,在教育教学改革中以人才培养模式的改革和课程体系的合理调整为核心,注重构建合理的实践教学内容和设计有效的校园文化,增强高师生专业能力培养的针对性和实效性,并以"质量工程"为抓手,重视高师院校教师群体的教育专业化发展,初步探索出培养适合新课程诉求的合格师资的有效途径。
