基于嵌入式学习的工商管理应用型人才实践教学模式探析

Abstract: 工商管理是与社会经济联系十分紧密的应用性专业学科。传统的工商管理专业人才培养不能适应市场需求,导致工商管理专业就业难。因此,全面探索培养应用型工商管理人才的培养路径和学习方法,转变现有的教育观念和解决教学体制中存在的弊端和问题,是我国工商管理专业教育中面临的一个重要问题。文章结合部分高校的具体实践,对工商管理应用型人才的嵌入式学习培养模式进行了研究和总结,旨在为我国工商管理应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
