普通高校体育教师师资队伍建设的对策研究

Abstract: 学校体育是学校教育的重要组成部分,体育教师的能力水平,是其得以顺利和有效地完成一切教学活动所需要的最直接、最基本的保证。文章从现阶段体育教师队伍实际出发,提出体育教师师资队伍建设应从不断完善体育教师师资队伍结构;加强师德建设,提高体育教师综合素质;发挥激励机制和健全体育教师考核制度,拟为普通高校体育教师师资队伍的建设提供参考。
