提高高校外语教师语言教学能力的途径探索

Abstract: 如何提高我国高校外语教师的素质,提高他们的语言教学能力,培养合格的外语教师是高等学校亟待解决的主要问题。在对英语语言和英语教学能力的概念进行了界定后,文章提出英语教师应该培养扎实的英语语言知识和技能、具备一定的语言学和外语教学理论、强烈的科研意识与实践创新、加强课堂教学过程与管理来提高自己的语言及语言教学能力,提高自己的整体素质。
